Refunds

The short version: all sales are final. A KeyPop licence is a digital product delivered the moment you pay, so we do not offer refunds. Please try the app before you buy.

Try before you buy

You can download KeyPop and hear every sound in its settings window, for as long as you like, without paying anything. Use that to make sure it runs on your PC and that you like the sounds. Buying a licence is what makes them play in every app.

No refunds

Once a licence key has been issued, the purchase cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded. This includes cases where you change your mind, no longer need the app, or bought it without trying it first.

Charged twice?

If you were charged more than once for the same order, that is a payment error, not a refund request. Email dhruvphogat427@gmail.com with the email address you used at checkout and we will have the extra payment returned through Dodo Payments, our payment provider.

If something isn't working

If KeyPop stops working after you have bought it, or a licence key that has never been used won't activate, write to dhruvphogat427@gmail.com and we will help you get it running.

Chargebacks

Please write to us before raising a dispute with your bank. A chargeback deactivates the licence key straight away, and KeyPop returns to its unlicensed state, where sounds play only inside the settings window.

Your legal rights

Nothing on this page limits any refund or cancellation right that the consumer law of your country gives you and that cannot be waived.
